If you have changed where you receive your mail, but have not changed your residence, use this form to give us your new mailing address.
If you want to remove a mailing address you provided to us previously, complete the form and enter “none” under Mailing Address.
If you have moved to a new residence, do not use this form. Please re-register at this link, or with a paper registration form. Paper forms are available at the Elections Office, local libraries, and post offices.
