Every San Mateo County voter receives a Vote by Mail ballot. It is important to keep your information up to date so we can ensure your ballot reaches you.

If you have changed where you receive your mail, but have not changed your residence, use this form to give us your new mailing address.

If you want to remove a mailing address you provided to us previously, complete the form and enter “none” under Mailing Address.

If you have moved to a new residence, do not use this form. Please re-register at this link, or with a paper registration form. Paper forms are available at the Elections Office, local libraries, and post offices.
