Effective June 15, ACRE services are available to the public by appointment. Walk-in visitors are welcome subject to time and space availability.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Face coverings are required, and social distancing will be enforced.

Online Marriage Licenses & Virtual Marriage Ceremonies
The San Mateo County Clerk Division is offering online marriage licenses in conjunction with a virtual marriage ceremony based on “as needed” basis or emergency only. Please email CountyClerk@smcacre.org with your name and phone number to schedule an appointment. A member of the County Clerk-Recorder Division will be contacting you for further assistance.
Electronic recordings by title companies will continue as usual. Documents can also be mailed to the office at 555 County Center, First Floor, Redwood City, CA 94063.
