You may register at any time, but to be eligible to vote in an upcoming election, your Voter Registration Form must be submitted online by midnight no later than 15 days before that election.

Write-In Candidate Registration Form
Write-In candidates running for office for the November 8, 2022 Statewide General Election should complete the Write-In Candidate Registration Form and email it to email@example.com. Upon receipt of the completed form, our office will call you to set up an appointment to complete the filing process. If you do not hear back from us within two business days or have any questions, please call us at 650.312.5222.
The offices to be elected include Federal, State, County, School District, Special District, City and Regional Offices.
