The FPCA form is available at your local U.S. Embassy or at the Federal Voting Assistance Program website at www.fvap.gov.  You may also go to the California Secretary of State’s website at www.registertovote.ca.gov to register as a military or overseas voter.

When you register, you will decide whether you would like to receive your ballot by email, fax or postal mail.

“We respond immediately to requests from military and overseas voters, to address the inherent logistical challenges of distance and foreign circumstance.  Our goal is to provide every voter the opportunity to participate in the upcoming election,” Church explained.

The deadline to register to vote in this election is May 19th.  Registered overseas voters may submit an overseas ballot application up to and including Election Day.  Military and overseas ballot applications submitted after May 27th should request their ballot via email or fax to ensure time for its return.
